Hopefully the development will go ahead as it is much neede for Dunedin.

No Dunedin doesn't need it.

The Scarfies don't go to the rugby to sit in the stand, under shelter in individually moulded plastic seats...

No... the scarfies live for the rule of law on the embankment... the survival of the fittest, kilts swaying in the antarctic breeze...

The IRB may want them to... so may the NZRU...

But redevlopment and Carisbrook go together like Speights and L&P...
