D-Day looming for up to 40 Bombers
Just like Roy Masters claiming 7 bummers will receive infraction notices by November... last year?

ASADA would have been obliged to do so. sh*t, anyone could have dobbed them in given what's in the public domain.

This is the really heavy stuff now. It's one thing to be in deep trouble with your governing body but they're conflicted and will look after your interests to an extent. But being in the crosshairs of a government agency that enforces laws, some of which will have criminal sanctions backing them up, is totally different.

As Salladar Saan might say, it's brown trousers time in Bomberland

I rigged Socceroos games, says notorious match-fixer

http://www.smh.com.au/sport/soccer/i-ri ... 38ufp.html
Perumal said he paid Togolese players to fix a 2008 match against Australia. In 2010, he claims he paid a referee to corrupt a match between the Socceroos and Egypt. Perumal does not allege any wrongdoing by Australian players or officials. It is believed to be the first time fixing claims have been made regarding a specific Socceroos match.
This goes a long way to explaining the mystery of how we won a game in the last 5 years.

According to Mr Alavi’s testimony to ASADA, because the raw materials for the peptides were sourced from an unfamiliar Chinese supplier, he refused to provide the compounded solutions to Mr Dank without an independent lab first testing the batch to determine their exact make-up.

When Mr Alavi had difficulty in finding a local lab to run the tests, Mr Dank offered to take the peptides to Mimotopes, a business in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs that promotes itself as an “online peptide superstore’’.

Mr Alavi agreed to give the peptides to Mr Dank for testing. Both types of peptide were stored in clear, unmarked vials and packaged in separate Eskys: one marked Hexarelin and the other Thymosin. Mr Alavi told ASADA that was the last he saw of the drugs and that when he next spoke to Mr Dank, Mr Dank told him that because the peptides had been put in clear rather than amber vials, the Thymosin and Hexarelin were “fried’’ from exposure to light and unusable.

Asked what had become of the drugs, Mr Dank said they were disposed of by Mimotopes. This account was corroborated by Mr Alavi’s lab manager, who was also formally interviewed by ASADA.

Mimotopes managing director Sonja Plompen told ASADA and confirmed to The Australian that her lab, which supplies peptides for research and development but not for human use, had no record of testing Thymosin or Hexarelin for Mr Dank in January 2012.

On January 10, 2012, Como Compounding Pharmacy billed Essendon $4200 for 14 vials of Hexarelin. The next week, Essendon received a second bill for $9860 for the rest of the Hexarelin and 26 vials of Thymosin.

On February 29, Como Compounding Pharmacy credited Essendon for the cost of the Thymosin and Hexarelin.

Mr Alavi’s evidence and that of his lab manager, added to the testimony of club players and officials given to ASADA and AFL investigators, raises the possibility Essendon players were injected with an unknown form of Thymosin without the peptide being tested.

Mr Dank, when contacted by The Australian, said the peptides were never intended for use at Essendon and the batches of Thymosin and Hexarelin were delivered to his Melbourne Rejuvenation Clinic. He agreed the peptides were not tested by Mimotopes. He said the only form of Thymosin administered to Essendon players as part of his program was a later batch of Thymomodulin compounded by Mr Alavi. ASADA has no records of Mr Alavi providing a later batch of Thymomodulin to Mr Dank.
I'm having a had time connecting the dots without ending up in court for defo/libel...

It seems that there are lots of people who disagree about what happened, certainly. That usually means that Very Expensive Lawyers are going to be licking their lips.

The AFL should pay whatever it takes to keep these matters from being aired in the court system

n court, Detective Senior Constable Raj Tillekeratne said police intercepted calls in which Turner, 27, boasted to Hells Angels president Mohammed Khodr, 26, that he knew a doctor who could get any prescription drugs.

Investigations revealed that Vucinic wrote 127 prescriptions during a three-month period for Turner and Bertola, Det Sen Const Tillekeratne said.

Vucinic told the court he intended to plead not guilty to the four charges of trafficking a drug of dependence.
