Liverpool Council are making a play to attract Wests Tigers administration and training headquarters to the proposed $43m Carnes Hill recreation and community Precinct.

http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/newslo ... 7051844429

Interestingly the facility is only 2.5 km from the site originally identified for regional sports facilities for South West Sydney including a 30k+ stadium. Are they also making a play for the proposed Tier 2 stadium for Western Sydney to be built at the southern end of the Western Parklands?

South West Sydney currently has a population of 860k and will grow to 1.2m by 2031.

I'm glad my side won through over Manly but golden point has to be the worst way possible to decide a "winner".

Should be an extra 10 each way for finals - then golden point if still tied

Does anyone have the attendance figures from the 2015 Auckland 9s? Haven't seen them anywhere.

I saw day 1 reported at 43k.

Whether that's right or not is another story.
