With that big cheese grater behind the goals they can supplement the club's income selling pizzas

The mayor of Manly promised to chain herself to the rail line if it happenedBoba Fett wrote:What's needed is a rail line, but I can't see that being funded in my lifetime.
When do they start building?

They've always hated railways in the Northern Beaches, that's why Manly is one of the worst places for public transport access in the city

The next artists impression this time of a up to 4,000 seat stand. It would double the seated capacity of the venue.

A lot of people are against this in the comments of the article, because it's a horrible plan, Campbelltown should be ahead on the list for upgrades, not Brookvale

And the latest in the ongoing Sydney stadiums saga is NRL broadcasters now want to see more games at surburban grounds so viewers don't have to put up with bays and bays of empty seats at ANZ & Allianz. I wonder if they'll ever sort this out? Maybe understand NRL will never attract big crowds and improve grounds like Brookvale to cater for this. Judging by current crowds, this appears to be the smart thing to do.
