Healthy Futures Hub

The newly-named Healthy Futures Hub (formerly known as the Linen House Centre) at Seaford is the former training and administration base of the St Kilda Football Club. The AFL club moved to the newly-constructed Linen House Centre in 2010, signing a lease until 2059, but relocated back to their traditional Moorabbin home following the 2017 season. Since their official exit, the club has continued to use Seaford in a reduced capacity - including its Next Generation Academy and Talent League games. The facility was built on an existing community field and includes an AFL-standard training oval, indoor court, sports recovery facilities, water therapy pool, office, community program and meeting spaces, theatrette and audio visual and digital infrastructure. Floodlighting was installed on the main HFH Oval in 2018. There are also two additional ovals located at Belvedere Reserve precinct which also host cricket during summer months. The Mornington Peninsula Freeway runs adjacent to the facility.

In 2023, the facility was rebranded as the Healthy Futures Hub in conjunction with the Frankston City Council, with the venue upgraded and repurposed to serve as a fitness, sporting and wellbeing hub, while housing various community organisations. It continues to be managed by the St Kilda Football Club.
