Flemington Racecourse is a major horse racing venue located in Melbourne. The venue is home of the Melbourne Cup which was first run in 1861. Steeped in a tradition of beauty, strength and style, Flemington is well known for its wide lawns and beautiful roses. The record crowd at Flemington was 129,089 for the 2006 Victoria Derby however capacity is now capped at around 120,000.

Flemington comprises of three grandstands - the Lawn Stand, Members Stand and the new Club Stand. The members grandstand redefined the Australian Racing Experience when it opened in 2000. The $41.5M five-tiered stand includes approximately 6900 viewing seats, betting lounge and a member's level with a unique glazed atrium space with spectacular trackside and city views.

The new Club Stand opened in 2018, replacing the old members grandstand, and provide members with a luxurious new state-of-the-art facility. The curvilinear stand was designed in the round so there are uninterrupted views of the course, the winning post and Melbourne’s city skyline. It features two upmarket restaurants, three cafes and eight bars, all with their own individual style. It has 2,000 seats but can fit around 10,000 members with views of the track, including from the spectacular rooftop garden.
