The Japanese Pro league do not go second rate when it comes to their Spring training venues! The Geelong Baseball Centre is an outstanding facility that, with the addition of a new synthetic turf diamond and new Fitness Complex on the premises, can only get better. Council's ongoing support for continued improvements ensures a strong future for the Geelong Baseball Centre.

Geelong Baseball Centre is without doubt the best purpose built baseball facility in Australia. It has outstanding playing and viewing facilities as evidenced by the use of the facility by the Japanese Chiba Lotte Marines for Spring training the past 2 years.
