Spencer Park

Spencer Park, officially known as CTM Stadium due to a commercial naming-rights deal, is a football stadium located in the Brisbane suburb of Newmarket. Opened in 1963, the ground is the home of NPL QLD team Brisbane City, who formerly played in the National Soccer League in the 1980's. Spencer Park features a main grandstand - the Gino Merlo Stand - which opened in 1981. The grandstand includes a row of corporate boxes and limited seating, while the majority of the stand is concrete steps with space for 3,000 spectators. There are additional viewing areas at the clubhouse end of the stadium with a small terrace and deck area, while there is limited standing room behind the other goals and no public area opposite the grandstand. The ground also has lights suitable for night matches.
