Netball SA Stadium

Priceline Stadium

Netball SA Stadium (previously known as Priceline Stadium) officially opened on March 14, 2001. Built on former railyards at Mile End, the stadium offers first rate facilities for players, spectators and administrators, helping to underline South Australia's position as Australia's dominant netball state.

Built at a cost of $11.1 million, the project was funded by the State Government, through the Office of Recreation & Sport, and the SA Netball Association.

The venue features indoor and outdoor courts, administration and corporate facilities. The main stadium comprises four indoor courts with sprung wooden floors, player and public facilities, corporate boxes, a drug testing facility, offices for administration, the media, seminar rooms and a creche.

The indoor stadium has a seating capacity of 3,200 on fixed and retractable seating while outside there are 26 netball courts and car parking for 750 vehicles. Super Netball team Adelaide Thunderbirds play home games at the venue.
