Underrated. Road access and parking are infinitely better than Eden Park. I live in Hamilton but would rather drive further to get to Albany than attempt Eden Park. The North Shore is only getting bigger so maybe one day they can justify building a shiny new second stand. Also: properly rectangular!

While Eden Park would certainly seem a more financially logical choice to renovate for the Rugby World Cup, I think if they really care about the fans, they should have the final at North Harbour Stadium. As opposed to Eden Park, North Harbour is a dedicated rugby ground (i.e. rectangular, closer to the action). As it is, North Harbour Stadium is a superior stadium for spectators than any other venue in the country. With some decent bucks, it will be superior to venues all over the world.

It's an OK stadium in the wrong place. It is too big for what i holds and too small to hold events large enough to make the trip (20kms from the city centre) worthwhile. It would also be nice if the roof over the grandstand protected the people in the grandstand.

Looks to be a great venue. Has a great main grandstand however it would be good if the seats opposite had a roof to protect fans from the rain.
